Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange. SHOPSOLEANNA will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. 

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@shopsoleanna.com. Include the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
